Fanatics Commerce is seeking a seasoned Facilities Lead to ensure optimal operation of our Fulfillment and Manufacturing Centers. You will supervise technical teams, troubleshoot complex machinery, and drive preventive maintenance programs to maximize uptime and safety.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Operations, reporting equipment issues, and leveraging data for continuous improvement. A high school diploma and 5+ years of related experience are required.

Formación

• Advanced mechanical troubleshooting across conveyor, manufacturing, and building systems.
• Advanced electrical troubleshooting and NEC compliance knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with PLCs, VFDs, Soft Starts, Servo Drives, and External I/O Devices.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and partner with Facilities Technicians and Operations to diagnose and resolve complex equipment issues.
• Attend daily production and leadership meetings to provide technical insight.
• Communicate repair status and maintenance priorities to teams to drive coordinated outcomes.
• Complete work orders and preventive maintenance per company standards to minimize downtime and sustain throughput.
