Job summary

Fanatics Commerce is seeking a Facilities Lead to ensure the smooth operation of our Fulfillment and Manufacturing Centers. You will oversee equipment, maintenance, and safety, partnering with the Operations Team to maximize uptime and fan satisfaction.

You will troubleshoot advanced mechanical and electrical systems, manage CMMS, and drive continuous improvement with data and AI-enabled insights. This role requires strong independent work and 5+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Advanced mechanical troubleshooting across conveyors, manufacturing, and building systems.
• Advanced electrical troubleshooting with NEC-compliant standards.
• Hands-on experience with PLCs, VFDs, Soft Starts, Servo Drives, and External I/O Devices.
• Proficiency with CMMS systems and graphical interfaces.
• Ability to work independently and communicate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex equipment failures with advanced troubleshooting tools.
• Lead maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize throughput.
• Collaborate with Operations to align maintenance with production goals.
• Maintain safety, records, and compliance per company standards.
