Qualifications

• Advanced mechanical troubleshooting across conveyors and building systems.
• Advanced electrical troubleshooting with NEC standards.
• Hands-on with PLCs, VFDs, Soft Starts, Servo Drives and I/O devices.
• Proficiency with CMMS systems and related software.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience or education in the field.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical/electrical problems with Ops team.
• Communicate issues, repair status and priorities to stakeholders.
• Maintain conveyors, manufacturing equipment and building systems.
• Complete preventive maintenance and ensure safety compliance.
• Apply AI/digital tools to improve maintenance efficiency.
