Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an Operating Engineer in Thousand Oaks, CA to maintain building systems, monitor BAS/UCS/CEMS/EBO, and perform proactive maintenance. The role requires responding to alarms, conducting rounds, and ensuring safe, efficient operation of facilities.

The candidate should have 1+ years in preventive/predictive maintenance and basic building repairs, plus a valid vehicle license.

Responsabilités

• Facility Operations and Maintenance
• Monitor BAS, UCS, CEMS, and EBO for alarms and anomalies
• Troubleshoot and resolve system alarms efficiently
• Perform predictive, planned, preventative, and routine maintenance per PM program
• Execute building rounds and conduct site inspections
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems related to building equipment
• Perform general building repairs including doors and various other maintenance responsibilities
• Respond to and complete service requests accurately and expediently
• Conduct minor repairs on building systems to ensure continuous operation
