Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or state equivalent and at least two years of college coursework or related trade school.
• Minimum four years of experience in electrical, HVAC/refrigeration, or related technical field.
• Universal CFC certification and a valid U.S. driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire life safety equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to service requests with minimal occupant disruption.
• Monitor system performance, record readings, and adjust to optimize efficiency.
