Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Senior GMP Maintenance Mechanic for our Thousand Oaks, CA facilities. You will support operations, inspections and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, collaborating with site engineers and operations teams.

The role requires 3–5 years of building maintenance experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Trade or Technical School certifications.
• 3–5 years of experience in general building repair and maintenance, basic plumbing, and basic electrical.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer and software skills such as Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Adobe.

Responsabilités

• Maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Perform inspections and due diligence on property conditions.
• Interior maintenance like hanging pictures, installing keyboard trays, repairing furniture and doors.
• Move office furniture and equipment.
• Replace lighting and ballasts.
• Clean HVAC coils and replace filters.
• Maintain safety and compliance.
• Use CMMS systems (e.g., 360 Facility) to update work orders.
• Escort vendors and oversee work.
