Job summary

JLL is seeking an Operating Engineer to join our facilities team in Thousand Oaks, CA. You will monitor and maintain building systems, perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot alarms, and ensure safety and reliability of equipment while delivering exceptional workplace experiences for our client.

A hospitality mindset and strong communication are essential for success in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year of experience in basic preventive/predictive maintenance preferred.
• 1+ year of experience in industrial building repairs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor BAS, UCS, CEMS, and EBO for alarms and anomalies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system alarms promptly.
• Perform preventive, planned, and routine maintenance per PM program.
• Complete service requests accurately and expediently.
