Qualifications

• Must have 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting.
• RN licensure required by state.
• BCLS required; ACLS/PALS/NRP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care per nursing process.
• Assess patients thoroughly and document findings; report changes to care team.
• Administer medications and monitor for side effects.
• Assist physicians during procedures within competency.
• Respond to emergencies and perform CPR and life-saving interventions.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, plans, and post-discharge care.
