Job summary

Northwest Medical Center Sahuarita is seeking a Seasonal Emergency Room RN for night shifts. This 13- or 26-week assignment offers premium hourly rates and full-time hours (3 x 12s per week) with a focus on high-quality, patient-centered care.

The RN provides care using nursing processes, collaborates with the team, and adheres to policies while ensuring patient safety and education. Arizona licensure and BLS are required, ACLS/PALS are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of acute care nursing experience required.
• Active RN license in the state of Arizona.
• BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care according to nursing process.
• Administer medications and monitor for side effects.
• Assist physicians during procedures within competency.
• Document care in medical records and ensure accurate charting.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in life-saving interventions.
