Job summary

Northwest Medical Center Sahuarita in Sahuarita, AZ is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift on the Med Surg unit. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible RNs, with competitive base pay and night-shift incentives.

You will provide patient-centered care using the nursing process, collaborate with physicians and the care team, administer medications, monitor patients, and participate in life-saving interventions when needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of acute care clinical nursing experience required
• RN licensure in state or compact state required
• BCLS certification required; ACLS/PALS/NRP preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care using the nursing process on Med Surg unit
• Administer medications and monitor for side effects
• Collaborate with physicians and care team to plan and implement care
• Respond to emergencies and participate in CPR and code team as needed
• Document care thoroughly in the medical record
