Job summary

Northwest Medical Center Sahuarita seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time night shift on our Med Surg unit. The RN delivers patient-centered care via the nursing process and coordinates with the care team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Requirements include 1–2 years in acute care, RN licensure and BCLS certification; ACLS/PALS preferred. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible RNs.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of acute care nursing experience.
• RN license and BCLS certification required.
• ACLS/PALS preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers high-quality patient-centered care per nursing process.
• Performs thorough patient assessments and documents findings.

• Educates patients and families on conditions, treatment, and post-discharge care.
