Job summary

ProMedica’s Defiance Regional Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Center on a part-time night shift. The RN will coordinate patient plans of care, assess needs, and collaborate with the health care team to implement and evaluate care while ensuring patient confidentiality and safety.

The role requires an active RN license in Ohio, current CPR, and ongoing CE credits, with preferred BSN.

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Current CPR training.
• Twenty-four contact hours of continuing education during licensure period.
• Maintains BCLS and other required certifications such as ACLS.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care plans across shifts and care teams.
• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for patients.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and demonstrate professional conduct at all times.
