Job summary

ProMedica Health System in Ohio is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Eidi Family Rehabilitation Center in the Rehabilitation Department. This full-time night-shift role delivers patient-centered care as part of a multidisciplinary team.

You will coordinate patients' plans of care, assess nursing needs, communicate with patients and families, and collaborate with nurses and support staff to improve outcomes and satisfaction. Ohio license and CPR required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Current CPR training.
• Twenty-four contact hours of continuing education during licensure period; at least 1 hour related to Ohio nurse practice code and rules.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient’s plan of care with patient, families and health care team through open communication and shared decision-making.
• Assess and formulate nursing diagnoses; plan, implement and evaluate the care plan.
• Collaborate with fellow nurses and support staff to achieve patient care goals and improve patient and staff satisfaction.
