Job summary

ProMedica in Toledo, OH is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Emergency Center on night shifts. As a patient-centered care coordinator, you will assess and formulate a plan of care, and collaborate with patients, families and health care teams to achieve optimal outcomes.

The RN will provide care with sensitivity to diverse experiences, comply with Ohio licensure requirements, complete CPR, continuing education, and participate in sign-on bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Current CPR training.
• Twenty-four hours of continuing education in Ohio every licensure period, including 1 hour related to Ohio nurse practice rules.

Responsibilities

• Assess and formulate a nursing diagnosis and plan, implement and evaluate the care plan.
• Coordinate the plan of care and communicate with patients, families and the health care team.
• Interact with the health care team to achieve patient care goals and improve outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with fellow nurses and support staff to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
