Job summary

ProMedica’s Eidi Family Rehabilitation Center is seeking an Registered Nurse to join its patient care team in Ohio. The RN will coordinate a patient’s plan of care, interact with patients, families, and the health care team, and continuously assess and adjust the care plan.

Responsibilities include diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, while collaborating with nurses and support staff to improve outcomes and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Current CPR training or certification.
• Twenty-four contact hours of continuing education during licensure period with at least 1 hour related to Ohio nurse practice code and rules.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in nursing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient’s plan of care with patients, families, and care team.
• Assess and formulate nursing diagnoses; plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Collaborate with fellow nurses and support staff to achieve patient care goals.
