Job summary

Northwest Healthcare is seeking a dedicated RN for full-time night shifts at the Marana Emergency Department located at 6350 Marana Center Blvd. A $15,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible, experienced RNs. Join a team focused on fast-paced, high-quality care and exceptional patient service.

The RN will coordinate care using established protocols, collaborate with physicians and nurses, and educate patients and families while maintaining safety and infection control standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of RN Emergency Department experience required.
• Active RN license in good standing is required.
• ACLS, BCLS and PALS certifications required; NRP preferred
• Ability to work night shift in a fast-paced ED environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care per nursing process and physician orders.
• Monitor medications, document administration, and report changes.
• Assist physicians during procedures within competency levels.
• Lead and participate in life-saving interventions as needed.
• Educate patients and families on conditions and care plan.
