Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Hospital is looking for an Assistant Nurse Manager for the Emergency Department. You will support the ED Nurse Manager, oversee staffing, and ensure delivery of safe, evidence-based patient care in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes developing staff competency, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and collaboration with care management to coordinate patient flow and transfers. California RN licensure and leadership experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of clinical nursing experience in Emergency Services; leadership experience preferred.
• Current California Nursing license.
