Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
• Minimum 3 years of emergency nursing experience.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical nursing practice in the Emergency Department.
• Lead staff development, education, and competency assessment.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with ED leadership to coordinate staffing and patient flow.
