Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide 12-hour ED nursing care based on the Watson Model of Care.
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and adjust the care plan accordingly.
• Document patient care following unit and hospital policies.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary discharge planning with Care Managers.
• Maintain patient safety and ensure a clean, safe environment.
