Job summary

Corewell Health's Royal Oak Hospital is seeking a part-time Emergency Center team member to assist patients under RN supervision. You'll perform delegated caring tasks, monitor patients, and support the flow of the department during night shifts.

You will transport, collect specimens, perform basic nursing tasks, document care in the medical record, and reinforce patient education while adhering to safety and infection control policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of relevant experience as a nursing assistant or inpatient caregiver preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients under RN supervision with basic care and transportation.
• Document patient information accurately in the medical record.
• Reinforce patient education and discharge instructions.
