Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Patient Assessment: head-to-toe assessments and psychosocial evaluations.
• Triage: assign categories for timely care based on urgency.
• Emergency Care: treat neonates to geriatrics per protocol.
• Medication Administration: proper rights and dosing.
• Supervision: oversee ER technicians and staff.
• Patient Advocacy: explain procedures and provide education.
• Collaboration: work with physicians on care plans.
• Infection Control: maintain sanitary environment.
• Continuing Education: participate in training and quality initiatives.
