Job summary

Nutex Health’s Emergency Department is seeking a Part-Time Night RN to deliver high-quality acute care in a fast-paced setting, performing patient assessment, triage, and collaboration with physicians and the care team. The ideal candidate has two years ER experience, a valid RN license, BCLS/CPR, ACLS or PALS, and the ability to communicate clearly in English.

Qualifications

• Two years of emergency department experience.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and current RN licensure.
• Current BCLS/CPR; ACLS or PALS or ENPC and TNCC preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and triage to determine severity.
• Provide emergency care to patients of all ages per protocols.
• Administer medications accurately following the five rights.
• Supervise support staff and collaborate with physicians to implement care plans.
• Uphold infection control standards and participate in quality improvement.
