Job summary

MultiCare Off Campus Emergency Departments seek an experienced ED RN to join our team in WA. You will deliver expert nursing care in a fast-paced environment, working in a multidisciplinary setting with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State or MLS
• BSN preferred
• BLS certification required
• ACLS and PALS required
• NRP required within 90 days of hire
• Certification in specialty area preferred
• Two years full-time RN experience in ER or related setting

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating on an ongoing basis
• Use nursing knowledge and the nursing process per hospital policies
• Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care and patient experience
• Foster a learning environment for patients, families and health care team
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care respecting diverse backgrounds

Education

Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) preferred
