Job summary

MultiCare Off Campus Emergency Department is seeking an experienced ED RN to join the team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced emergency setting with a multidisciplinary approach.

Requirements include active RN license in Washington, BLS/ACLS/PALS, and two years of ER experience. The department emphasizes professional growth, tuition support, and flexible scheduling in a community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of Washington or MLS.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications active.
• 2 years full-time RN ER experience or comparable.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating continuously.
• Use nursing process per hospital policies and protocols to deliver care.
• Collaborate with nursing team to improve quality of care, patient experience and costs.
• Foster a learning environment for patients, families, and staff.
• Advocate for ethical, holistic care respecting diverse backgrounds.
