MultiCare Health System in Union Gap, WA, is seeking an experienced ED RN for the Off Campus Emergency Department. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality urgent care in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team and supporting professional growth.

Requirements include a BSN or equivalent, WA RN license, BLS/ACLS/PALS, and ER experience. Compensation includes a $20k sign-on bonus, relocation support, comprehensive benefits, generous PTO and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or obtained within five years from initial date of hire.
• Current Registered Nurse license in Washington State or MLS.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS, PALS; NRP within 90 days of hire.
• Two years full-time RN experience in ER or similar setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating on an ongoing basis.
• Deliver nursing care using the nursing process according to hospital policies, procedures and protocols.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care, patient experience and cost reduction.
• Foster a learning environment for patients/families, nursing staff and health care team.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care respecting diverse backgrounds.
