MultiCare Off Campus Emergency Department (OCED) seeks an experienced ED RN to join a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality emergency care in a community setting. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Emergency nursing experience required.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• Two years full-time RN ER experience recommended? (as per listing)

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating on an ongoing basis.
• Use nursing knowledge to deliver care per hospital policies and nursing process.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care, patient experience and cost reduction.
• Foster a learning environment for patients/families and staff.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care respecting diverse backgrounds.
