MultiCare Health System is seeking an experienced ED RN to join our Off Campus Emergency Department (OCED) team in Washington. This role offers a multidisciplinary environment and opportunities to apply specialized nursing training across patient care areas.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in Washington State or MLS (Multistate License endorsement)
• BSN preferred
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• NRP required within 90 days of hire
• Two years RN experience in ER or similar setting

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating continuously
• Deliver nursing care using the nursing process per hospital policies and protocols
• Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care, patient experience and costs
• Foster a learning environment for patients, families and staff
• Advocate for ethical, holistic care respecting diverse backgrounds
