Job summary

MultiCare Health System is seeking an experienced ED RN to join our Off Campus Emergency Department team in Washington. This role focuses on delivering high-quality nursing care within a multidisciplinary team and improving patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds a BSN, active WA RN license, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications, with 1 year ED experience. Night shifts, 12-hour rotations, and weekend requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year ED nursing experience required.
• Active BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• NRP within 90 days of hire (required).
• Two years full-time RN experience in ER or similar setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating continuously.
• Deliver nursing care per nursing process and hospital policies/protocols.
• Collaborate with nursing team to improve quality of care, patient experience and reduce costs.
• Foster a learning environment for patients, families and staff.
