Job summary

MultiCare Health System is seeking an experienced ED RN to join the Off Campus Emergency Department (OCED) team. This role uses specialized training to deliver multidisciplinary emergency care across shifts in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires a registered nurse license in Washington State (MLS acceptable), BSN preferred, 1 year ED experience, and active BLS/ACLS/PALS. Offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive community.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Emergency nursing experience is required.
• Active BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required.
• Two (2) years full-time RN experience in ER or other comparable experience.

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating on an ongoing basis.
• Utilize nursing knowledge to deliver care per policies, procedures and protocols.
• Collaborate with the team to improve quality of care, patient experience and cost efficiency.
