Job summary

MultiCare is seeking an experienced ED RN to join our Off Campus Emergency Department (OCED) team in Washington. This 0.6 FTE role supports evening shifts with 12-hour schedules and alternating weekends, delivering specialized emergency nursing care in a community-focused setting.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team, utilizing your ED expertise to prioritize patient care, collaborate on quality improvements and advance clinical decision-making in a supportive, growth-oriented

Qualifications

• Two (2) years full-time RN experience in ER or other comparable experience.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• NRP required within 90 days of hire.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating on an ongoing basis.
• Utilize nursing knowledge to deliver care using the nursing process per hospital policies and protocols.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care, patient experience and cost reduction.
• Foster a learning environment for patients/families, nursing staff and health care team members.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care respecting diverse backgrounds.
