Job summary

Opensity Solutions is seeking a Document Services Specialist to support critical document management and administrative processes, ensuring efficiency and high quality service.

The role follows a Friday through Monday overnight schedule from 8:30 PM to 7:30 AM CST, with responsibilities including document creation, editing, formatting, and coordination across projects. HS Diploma or GED required; prior experience in document outsourcing or legal industry preferred.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• 1+ year in document outsourcing or legal industry preferred.
• Ability to learn via training and self-guided learning.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications and PDF tools is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Create, revise, reformat, and convert documents using Office, PDF editors, and transcription software.
• Prepare and edit complex documents, spreadsheets, charts.
• Provide coordination and administrative support for special projects.
• Handle time-sensitive and confidential materials with care.
• Perform document diagnostics to troubleshoot inconsistencies.
• Transcribe audio and digital dictation including deposition transcripts as required.
• Proofread and cross-check documents for accuracy.
