Cold Spring Brewing is hiring for a Full Time Night Shift Warehouse Supervisor in Cold Spring, MN. The role leads forklift operators, manages inbound/outbound flows, and ensures FEFO accuracy to support production and distribution.

The position emphasizes safety, GMP compliance, and clear communication across shifts, with a $2.00 per hour night-shift differential and a 12-hour night schedule (6p–6a) on a 2-2-3 rotation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read and interpret in English.
• 3+ years Warehouse/Forklift experience.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and scanning equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and math/science skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead forklift operators in receiving, storage and distribution of all supplies, products and raw materials.
• Assist in set up and control of FEFO Inventory System to ensure uninterrupted flow.
• Monitor inbound and outbound loads and adjust staffing for timely handling.
• Model load and paperwork handling best practices.
• Communicate with Front Office on workload and drive efficiency.
• Maintain calendar and ensure up-to-date scheduling.
• Ensure accurate scanning and tagging of products.
• Report incidents impacting food safety and personnel safety to management.
• Serve as liaison between DC staff teams to minimize delays.
• Assist in moving/storing product and staging documentation for shipment.
