Job summary

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Forklift Operators for a leading beverage packaging company in Cold Spring, MN. This full-time, direct-hire role offers 12-hour day/night shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule with a $19.00–$21.50 per hour base pay plus a $2.00 night differential.

Responsibilities include safe forklift operation, FEFO/FIFO inventory control, load documentation, and mentoring new hires. Benefits include health insurance, PTO, 401(k) with company match, bonuses, and more.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a high-speed production environment within the last 3 years.
• Ability to operate a sit-down forklift.
• Verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate equipment per GMPs and safety protocols.
• Assist in FEFO/FIFO inventory system setup and control.
• Model loads and paperwork handling best practices.
• Train/mentor new hires as assigned by Supervisors.
• Ensure correct packaging for the day and accurate finished product counts.
• Verify product labeling with date code, pallet number, state, and hold status.
• Submit daily counts to the office at shift end.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and comply with quality and food safety.
