Job summary

Cold Spring Brewing is hiring for a Full-Time Warehouse - Shipping Clerical position in Cold Spring, MN. The role supports shipment documentation, inventory control, and customer coordination on a 12-hour night shift (6p-6a) with a 2-2-3 rotating schedule. A $750 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications include a HS diploma, 1+ year in a manufacturing setting, and proficiency with Outlook and MS Office. Experience with SAP and GMP is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in blending or manufacturing environment.
• Experience with MS Office and customer portals preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and good record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming/outgoing shipments and prepare Bills of Lading.
• Coordinate dock and trucking details with drivers.
• Assist with inventory counts and discrepancy resolution.
• Respond to customer service inquiries and route calls appropriately.
• Maintain GMP and safety on the production floor.
