Job summary

Cold Spring Brewing is seeking a Front Office Supervisor for a full-time night shift (3pm–11pm), Monday through Friday, based in Cold Spring, MN. You will provide leadership to Distribution Clerks and oversee inventory management to expedite shipments from distribution centers.

You will document SOPs, assign shifts, maintain schedules, and ensure data entry and verification are completed ahead of appointment times. Strong attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience Warehouse & Manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge working in Outlook, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and use of customer portals.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Regular use of computer, writing, and filing records.

Responsibilities

• Lead Distribution Clerks and manage inventory to ensure efficient shipment processing.
• Assign clerks to shifts to cover 24-hour operations.
• Create and enforce staff schedules for data entry, driver check-in, and load scheduling.
• Coordinate regular inventory counts and assist with customer requests and discrepancies.
• Maintain FIFO inventory system and ensure flows of product to departments.
