Cold Spring Brewing is hiring a Warehouse - Shipping associate at our Cold Spring, MN facility. This full-time role supports the safe shipping and receiving of raw materials and finished goods with a 12-hour rotating shift schedule.

You will operate equipment per GMPs, participate in FEFO/FIFO inventory controls, and assist with labeling, paperwork, and daily counts. A $750 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits accompany this position.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent and 1+ years in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret in English.
• 1-3 years Warehouse/Forklift experience.

Responsabilidades

• Safely operates equipment as stated by company GMP’s and Safety protocols.
• Assist in setting up and control of FEFO/FIFO Inventory System to ensure uninterrupted flow of product and materials to the various departments of the company as requested.
• Models loads and paperwork handling best practices
• Train/mentor new hires as assigned by Supervisors
• Makes sure production has the correct packaging for the day.
• Keeps accurate count of finished product.
• Verifying product is properly labeled with date code, pallet number, state, on hold, etc.
• Submits daily counts to office at the end of each shift.
• Maintains a clean and organized warehouse.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with other personnel.
• Performs all other duties as assigned or required by supervisor/customer.
• Adhere to and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices as outlined in Employee Handbook.
• Adhere to and comply with quality production and Food Safety.
