Cold Spring Brewing is seeking a Front Office Supervisor for our night shift in Cold Spring, MN. Lead distribution clerks, manage inventory, and coordinate data entry to ensure timely shipping and accuracy.

Oversee scheduling, training, and adherence to GMP and food safety standards, with a focus on continuous improvement. The role requires strong organizational skills, experience in warehouse environments, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years in warehouse and manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Outlook, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and customer portals.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Regular use of computer, writing, and filing records.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to distribution clerks and manage inventory.
• Create and enforce staff schedules and ensure data entry is complete.
• Coordinate regular inventory counts and FIFO inventory control.
• Coach staff and implement daily productivity improvements.
• Train distribution clerks on inventory procedures.
• Recommend personnel actions to department head.
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices and Food Safety.
