Qualifications

• 3 years of practical vehicle maintenance experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair preferred.
• ASE Certification and 608/609 certifications preferred.
• Experience using diagnostic equipment and tools.
• Valid driver's license required.
• DOT/OSHA safety compliance required.
• Willing to travel within district.
• DOT regulated / safety sensitive role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain vehicles and ensure safety for customers.
• Perform preventive maintenance with minimal supervision.
• Repair and diagnose engines, transmissions, differentials, turbochargers, fuel systems.
• Keep work area clean and safe.
• Use Penske tools to log and complete repairs.
• Learn new skills via Penske training.
• Work on additional tasks as assigned.
