Shifts are Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 pm to 5:30 am, with a 3rd shift differential of $4.00. Location is Montgomery, NY with competitive pay and strong safety expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair preferred.
• 1-2 years automotive or diesel repair experience preferred.
• Valid driver\'s license required.
• Ability to solve problems and use tools.
• Excellent customer service skills and communication skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and outdoors.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must follow DOT/OSHA safety policies and Penske guidelines.
• Regular, predictable attendance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on Penske fleet.
• Log, diagnose, and complete repairs using Penske tools and technologies.
• Carry out maintenance like tire rotation and lubrication on gas/diesel vehicles.
• Learn new skills with technician training and coaching from supervision.
• Contribute to other projects as assigned by supervisor.
