Energy Jobline ZR in California seeks a Heavy-Duty Diesel Mechanic to maintain a safe, reliable fleet. You will diagnose and repair tractors, trailers, bobtails, and lift gates, performing preventive maintenance per DOT standards.

Shift is Sunday–Thursday, 9:00 pm–5:30 am, with pay of $38–$40 per hour. Requirements include 3 years of hands-on diesel experience, a valid Class-A CDL and DOT certification, and ownership of tools. Onsite work, with exposure to extreme temperatures, is expected.

Competenze

• Must have 3 years of verifiable hands-on experience as a heavy-duty commercial diesel mechanic.
• Diagnostic and troubleshooting competency relating to equipment repairs.
• Independent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience in administering appropriate PM program.
• Must furnish own personal hand tools.

Mansioni

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, rebuild, replace and complete all required repairs on diesel equipment (tractors, trailers, bobtails, lift gates).
• Perform preventative maintenance within DOT standards.
• Receive road calls and coordinate with third-party vendors and partners.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment per safety rules and regulations.
