Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. - A19 is seeking Data Center Technicians to help ensure availability and reliability of AWS data center operations.

The role involves in-depth hardware and network diagnostics, followed by physical repair and participation in an on-call rotation. Candidates must be a US citizen with an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, and must obtain TS/SCI with polygraph after start.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience.
• 1+ years of computer networking experience.
• Can lift and rack equipment up to 40 pounds.
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret with SCI eligibility or above.

Responsibilities

• Perform hardware diagnostics and repair for data center equipment.
• Support data center operations and participate in an on-call rotation.
• Travel to active data center sites as required by business needs.
