Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee and inspect the work performed by engineering staff; ensure completion and equipment functionality.
• Review monthly service request summaries to identify recurring problems.
• Formulate and implement preventative maintenance programs for building systems.
• Inspect fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to meet design specs and environmental targets.
• Estimate time and materials for repairs; manage inventory and ordering.
• Assist team with complex repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Communicate complex ideas and influence stakeholders across teams.
