Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in a data center environment.
• Ability to work night shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the role.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Building Management Systems and alarm protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily site inspections of Mechanical & Engineering systems and equipment.
• Ensure the site's environmental conditions provide a safe work environment.
• Respond to Building Management System alarms and perform emergency repairs as needed.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and ensure compliance with processes and laws.
• Complete planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance on equipment.
• Check BMS for running/alarm conditions and address HVAC issues.
• Conduct facility walkthroughs and take readings from UPS and PDUs.
