Job summary

PLS is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Norwalk, CA. You will be the face of PLS, delivering superior service, educating customers on products, and ensuring transactions comply with regulations.

You will maintain a balanced cash drawer and resolve complaints with Store Manager support. The role requires English fluency, flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and offers opportunity for advancement with a benefits package including medical/dental/vision,

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in hospitality, financial services, retail or restaurant preferred.
• Ability to engage with customers and offer products based on their needs.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Must be honest and have integrity.
• Able to work flexible hours, including early morning, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• English fluency is required.
• English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Providing outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business
• Educating our customers on our products and services
• Ensuring all transactions are completed in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Following company policies and procedures
• Maintaining a balanced cash drawer
• Completing all transactions accurately, including cash handling
• Using our point-of-sale system to access information and process transactions
• Resolving customer complaints or referring complaints to the Store Manager for resolution
• Helping to maintain a neat and clean store environment for our customers and team members
• Performing other duties as instructed by management
