Qualifications

• Knowledge of warehouse software applications and routing/dispatching software preferred
• Understanding of DOT/OSHA safety regulations preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations for assigned logistics customers.
• Handle calls from drivers and suppliers; monitor and respond to requests.
• Issue fuel/electronic funds checks and maintain safety/compliance records.
• Prepare and review DOT logs; lead safety trainings and orientations.
• Track KPI reports and communicate performance to management.
