Responsibilities include data entry, tracking partners, ensuring compliance, and timely communication across the supply chain. Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years of logistics experience, strong data-entry skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years’ experience in logistics or dispatch preferred.
• Excellent data entry skills and basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to logistics customers and suppliers.
• Data entry of all activity from drivers and logistics tracking system.
• Track and confirm all logistics partners meet their scope of work.
• Confirm compliance of handling and manage variance reports.
• Communicate effectively with customers, OTR drivers, carriers, and suppliers.
• Maintain proper records and ensure timely execution of information.
• Overtime and Saturday work as needed.
