Hamilton‑Ryker in Georgetown, KY is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to support logistics customers and suppliers on a 3rd shift schedule (Mon-Fri, 11:30pm-8:00am). The role pays $17.50 per hour and offers temporary-to-hire potential.

Responsibilities include data entry, tracking partners, ensuring compliance, and timely communication across the supply chain. Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years of logistics experience, strong data-entry skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years’ experience in logistics or dispatch preferred.
• Excellent data entry skills and basic computer literacy.

Pay:

$17.50 per hour

What you'll do:

• Provide customer service to logistics customers and suppliers
• Data entry of all activity from drivers logistics tracking system
• Track and confirm all logistics partners within the supply chain as defined meet their scope of work, and expectations.
• Confirm compliance of handling
• Handle variance reports for client assembly plants and their suppliers supporting the communication scope as defined.
• Communicate effectively with customers, OTR drivers, Partner Carriers, and suppliers.
• Maintain proper records and ensure information is executed timely and correctly.
• Overtime as needed
• Saturday work as needed based on our customers work schedule

What we need from you:

• Must be at least 18 years of age or over
• Must comply with client’s substance abuse & background policy
• Must have High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years’ experience in logistics or dispatch experience preferred
• Requires excellent data entry skills
• Must be computer literate
• Must have basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, Outlook
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
