Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in Wilkes-Barre, PA seeks a Customer Logistics Supervisor for the dedicated transportation team. The role is Monday–Friday, 3:00 pm–11:00 pm, onsite, leading a shift to meet safety, efficiency, and customer expectations.

You will coach and develop staff, drive continuous improvement, and ensure KPI performance while aligning with Ryder's values of Trust, Innovation, Expertise, Collaboration and Safety.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• 0 to 1 year in direct supervisory/leadership experience required.
• 1 year or more in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and oversee day-to-day logistics operations.
• Plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager to meet standards and customer specs.
• Establish schedules and coordinate activities to optimize shift performance.
• Hold team accountable to KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
