Job summary

InterChange Group, Inc. is seeking a Customer Experience Account Specialist for a 12-hour night shift to manage inbound receipts and outbound shipments. You will liaise with customers and warehouse operations, ensuring accurate data in the WMS and timely communication with drivers.

The role requires experience with a major enterprise system and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with EDI being a plus. This position supports our Customer Experience team in Harrisonburg, VA.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience using an enterprise-level software package.
• Three years’ experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• EDI experience is a plus but not required.
• Experience working in a team environment and/or managing team members.

Responsibilities

• Regularly communicate with and respond to customer calls and emails.
• Receive material into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Generate and process orders in the WMS.
• Verify inventory on-hand and notify customers of shortages.
• Ensure proper rotation of inventory and dates.
• Review Bills of Lading (BOLs) for accuracy.
• Serve as the point of contact for drivers arriving at facility.
