Job summary

InterChange Group, Inc. is seeking a Customer Experience Account Specialist for a 12-hour night shift.

You will manage inbound receipts and outbound shipments, communicate with customers and warehouse teams, and serve as the main liaison to ensure accurate and timely service. Responsibilities include processing orders in WMS, reviewing BOLs, reconciling inventory, and supporting mid-month and month-end billing activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience with an enterprise-level software package.
• Minimum three years’ experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• EDI experience is a plus but not required.
• Experience working in a team environment and/or managing team members.

Responsibilities

• Regularly communicate with customers by phone and email.
• Receive material into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Generate and process orders in the WMS.
• Reconcile inventory and notify customers of shortages.
• Assist with billing reconciliation and invoicing.
